Can I switch plans later?+
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your admin dashboard. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle, and we prorate any differences.
What happens after the 14-day trial?+
After your trial ends you choose a plan and enter payment details. If you decide not to continue, your account is paused — no charges, no data lost.
Is there a setup fee?+
No. All plans include free onboarding, data migration assistance, and a dedicated setup call to get you running in minutes.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits?+
